Montana is a Four year old, 16 hand fun, and kind young mare.
She has all the pieces necessary for the modern sport- she is willing, forward, sensitive, and athletic. Paired with her high movement quality and an uphill expression she is the kind of horse that makes the rider's job easy. Montana has the talent and sensitivity to allow the rider focus on harmony. She is on track for the FEI four year old classes and as her natural balance and ease in the contact indicates she will be a fun and easy horse to produce to the upper levels of the sport.
Montana would be ideal for a smaller rider with ambitions of riding FEI classes; from the young horse classes all the way to Grandprix. Her breeder and I would also love to see her developed by a young rider! Her forward, ambitious way of going would be most suited with someone with their own confidence or experience with young energetic horses.
